Neaco, a leading UK-based modular building systems manufacturer, is celebrating more than 50 years of manufacturing – ADC

Buildings.

Neaco, or Norton Engineering Alloys Company as our full entity, was established in 1972 to design and manufacture a range of open grille flooring products utilising a patented swage-locked construction technique. Our design and engineering expertise soon facilitated expansion into related product areas.

Based in North Yorkshire, all our products are manufactured in our 4,875-square-metre factory. We source 100 per cent of our raw materials in the UK and even have two in-house powder-coating plants and a hydro-dipping tank. We use domestically-supplied aluminium alloy and glass to produce a range of modular building systems, including architectural grilles, decking, adaptive bathing aids, balustrades and balconies.

We have now developed an international reputation for innovation, winning acclaim from architects, designers, contractors and developers across all sectors. We operate globally, with specifications supplied everywhere from Mexico to Saudi Arabia, and our products have been used on some of the world’s most iconic buildings and developments, from Buckingham Palace to King Abdulaziz International Airport.

Our worldwide service capability represents a one-stop resource providing in-house consultancy, design, manufacturing, technical support, and installation. An extensive distribution network enables us to supply complete solutions for projects in every region. Our comprehensive approach ensures the highest standards at every stage of the design, specification and construction process.

Research and development have always been at the forefront of our thinking. We are fully committed to ongoing product innovation and always seeking new design solutions to enhance the built environment. We work closely with specifiers and end users, recognising that service is the key to forging lasting long-term customer relationships.
