Register your project
Choose your nominations and complete payment during a registration stage.

Submit your presentation
Save the required text, images, credits and permissions. Confirm that your entry is marked Submitted.

Check your results
After the announcement, view the results in your participant account.

The entry price depends on the registration stage. See the entry fee table for project and additional-nomination fees. The last registration stage is separate from the final deadline for submitting project materials.

Finish and save your presentation, confirm permissions and check the Submitted status before submission closes.

Results will appear in your participant account after the announcement.
Plan for a final check
Prepare your materials before the last day. Leave time to check uploads, payment confirmation and required fields. Follow the exact deadline and time zone shown in your participant account; do not assume the cutoff uses your local time.
You can edit saved project materials while the submission period remains open. After changing required materials or permissions, check the status again. A payment confirmation alone does not mean the presentation has been submitted.
Need to add another nomination?
While registration is open, open your project and select Add nominations. Additional nominations can be purchased separately. Complete this before registration closes rather than relying on the later materials-submission deadline.
