TECHNAL has expanded its product range with SOLEAL Next, a new series of windows and doors that use recycled aluminium to reduce the environmental impact. Offering multiple solutions with different designs, applications, openings, accessories, and handles to suit any project, SOLEAL Next provides excellent performance levels in sustainability, weather tightness, and acoustics.
More design
The SOLEAL Next range of windows and doors offers endless opportunities thanks to its multiple designs and applications in both 65 and 75mm modules.
- The windows, with their elegant lines, are available in multiple forms, shapes, and colours, with various opening options. Concealed features, such as hinges, drainage, and handles, contribute to the minimalistic aesthetic.
- The doors are available with concealed hinges at a height of up to three metres, and have the option of a technical mullion for seamless integration of all kinds of access control features, such as sensors and cameras.
More comfort
SOLEAL Next boasts the best features and benefits for the user, including motorised locks, electro-magnetic locks for doors, and a sensor system that sends a notification when casements are blocked for windows. Tilting windows can be motorised to obtain optimal natural ventilation in each room and ensure the entry of more sunlight thanks to their slim lines. The thermal performance (0.71 W/m²K) translates into increased energy savings as the use of air conditioning and heating is significantly reduced. Acoustic comfort is another benefit of SOLEAL Next, as it can reduce noise pollution by up to 47dB.
More recycling, less carbon footprint
All profiles in the SOLEAL Next range are made with Hydro CIRCAL, an aluminium obtained by melting old building systems at the end of their lifecycle (post-consumption). This process reduces the need for mineral extraction, avoids the dumping of waste into the natural environment, reduces the energy consumption of the production process, and limits CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. In short, it is a much more environmentally friendly product than primary aluminium and pre-consumer recycled aluminium, contributing to the development of a circular economy. The consequence of using the new SOLEAL Next range with Hydro CIRCAL and low thermal transmittance, is a reduction in emissions of more than 70 per cent compared to the average carbon footprint of aluminium consumed in Europe: 8.6 kg CO2 per kg of aluminium.
With 2.3kg of CO2 per kg of material, Hydro CIRCAL is currently the aluminium with one of the lowest emissions on the market. The use of Hydro CIRCAL contributes effectively to the creation of sustainable buildings that are eligible for the most prestigious environmental certifications, such as LEED and BREAM.
SOLEAL Next is also made with multiple recycled components, making it PVC-free. Dynamic Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) are available on demand. So not only can you imagine the world you want, you can build it too.
