ADAMA is a restaurant that immerses you in a natural and earthly world of flavors, textures and colors. As soon as you enter you can feel the warm and welcoming aroma of clay, stone and the natural colors of the earth.
The terracotta palette adds a warm and inviting touch to the space, while the organic shapes and textures of the materials make you feel connected to nature.
One of the design challenges we set for ourselves as designers was to integrate a locally made material such as clay block as an interior and exterior skin of the restaurant. This choice not only highlights the connection with the community and the environment, but also adds a uniqueness and authenticity to the space, thus reinforcing the sensory and cultural experience that ADAMA offers.
The layout of the restaurant is designed to create a continuous flow between the internal and external spaces, allowing you to enjoy nature while tasting the food. The exterior area has been designed to be a continuity of the interior space.
ADAMA is a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in a natural and sensory dining experience.
