Twist Business Center was specially designed to accommodate client offices. Located at the major crossroads, it is visible from all directions — its eye-catching architecture stands out from afar. The building’s unique “twisted” shape and panoramic molded windows give the facade a futuristic appearance.

The structure is based on a first-floor slab on which inclined columns rest. Owing to this design, Twist expands from its base, spiraling around the vertical axis. As a result, the upper floors feature more offices with panoramic views, and the rooftop hosts green terraces for residents.

Spacious green terraces for relaxation and business meetings are located on the second floor and the roof. The lobby design is aligned with the building’s rounded shapes and color palette of the facades: smooth lines of natural stone-textured flooring and soft ceiling curves with a water ripple effect. The futuristic lobby interior is finished with natural materials such as marble-patterned porcelain and decorative plaster. The interior design harmoniously rhymes with the architectural concept. The lobby with a reception and waiting area, office floors, parking, stairs, and restrooms are all designed in a single style.

Twist features multi-level landscaping. The structural slab also functions as a stylobate, accomodating restaurant terraces and green recreation areas. This allows residents and guests to comfortably spend time outdoors — whether relaxing, working, or meeting with business partners. The total landscaped area at Twist is 3,000 square meters.

This is a progressive business center with a barrier-free access system, allowing clients to reach offices quickly, easily, and comfortably. A new, user-friendly building security standard eliminates the need for turnstiles or visitor passes.
