«Republican Center for Information Technologies» ensures the software, information, and technical activities of the executive authorities of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and their subordinate institutions with the aim of automating their operations, including the provision of state and municipal services electronically based on the extensive use of information and communication technologies.
«Digital transformation headquarters» was created to support the development of the region’s IT industry and consolidate IT projects in a single center. To date, the work of the headquarters helps coordinate the actions of executive authorities regarding digital transformation projects.

TASK:
At the end of 2021, the leadership of «Republican Center for Information Technologies» contacted us regarding the development of an interior design for a new digital transformation headquarters that would allow employees to gather in one place and provide them with a comfortable workspace to enhance productivity. The area of the headquarters is 658 square meters.
The task was to create from scratch a new comfortable space for all headquarters staff to work in one location (previously they worked in different rooms/buildings remotely from each other).

SOLUTION:
Create a unified space to ensure effective collaboration among all headquarters staff, with well-thought-out zoning that combines comfort and functionality.

RESULT:
The interior design of the headquarters was developed with functional zoning in mind, allowing for efficient use of the space for various purposes — from work to relaxation. The space can be divided into an open hall and a conference room, ensuring comfortable meetings without interruptions. Special attention was given to acoustic screens made of soft polyurethane foam, which provide sound insulation for workstations.
The headquarters is actively used for business meetings, conferences, and negotiations with key guests, including ministers and deputies. The space promotes productive teamwork and effective project presentations.
The visual design emphasizes comfort: light walls, quality furniture, and durable materials create a pleasant atmosphere. Work areas are equipped with everything necessary for efficient work: computers, webcams, comfortable chairs, and shelves.
The conference zone is equipped with a large screen for presentations, improving communication and visualization of ideas. Lounge zones with soft chairs and curtains for zoning create a calm atmosphere for relaxation. Green zones with comfortable flooring help restore employees’ energy.
The lighting adapts to different situations: work, relaxation, or client meetings. As a result, the office has become not only a comfortable workplace but also an attractive space for guests.
