What IADA Winners Receive and How to Use the Award

Edited by Emily Carter

A win at IADA is only the start: the result is published, you receive materials to share it, and you can order a trophy. This guide lists what IADA winners receive and what to do after the announcement, as published in the IADA terms and conditions and the IADA FAQ.

1. Your project is published as a winner

Winners are announced on 14 May 2027 and listed on the official IADA winners page. Each winner page records the award level, edition, nomination, project status and the credited team. Selected images may also be used for promotion or published on the project's landing page; publication of every image is not guaranteed. The award levels are Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze, and Honourable Mentions may also be given.

2. Certificates, logos and banners

Winners receive a digital kit by email with a certificate, digital banners and logos. If your project wins, its results also appear in your participant account, where you can access certificates, winner logos and graphic materials. Because the process is automated, emails may be blocked by your provider, so check your Inbox and Spam folders. If your project appears on the winners page but you have not received an email, contact ADC as soon as possible.

3. The IADA company ranking

The IADA company ranking brings the published results of companies and studios together in one points-based ranking for each edition. Readers can compare point totals and open each company's project list to see where its points come from. Credit your studio accurately in the project fields so the result is attributed correctly.

4. Ordering a trophy

  • Optional, with a time limit. Ordering a trophy is optional. Winners can order a trophy and a winner certificate through the participant account within 30 days after the results are announced; current prices are shown in the account.
  • As many as you need. You can order an unlimited number of trophies, each with a custom inscription, for example for partners or collaborators.
  • Production and delivery. Production and delivery take approximately 7–14 weeks. All orders go to production in one batch after the order deadline, so a trophy cannot be ordered later.
  • Customs. There are no hidden fees, but customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient on delivery. Trophies are not shipped to countries or territories subject to EU or Polish sanctions.

5. Using your result

Use the winner logos and banners on your website, presentations and social media, and link to your project's winner page so others can see the published result and credits. Participants keep full copyright to their projects; by submitting, they grant IADA a non-exclusive right to publish and promote the content on its platforms and those of media partners.
