About the project
At the edge of Tribeca, overlooking City Hall Park, a striking new penthouse quietly redefines urban calm. Located at 33 Park Row, the residence marks a rare convergence of architectural legacy and sensory innovation - uniting the late Richard Rogers’ first and only NYC residential project with the layered interiors of our studio. The residence also features a rotating art program with NAVA Contemporary, underscoring a holistic approach to curated living where architecture, sound, light, and art come together in subtle dialogue.
