This wellness and hospitality project reinterprets the traditional bathhouse as a contemporary social environment, combining global bathing cultures with advanced treatments tailored to modern lifestyles. Located within a historic brick factory building, the design preserves the character of the existing structure, using its robust masonry walls as a defining spatial backdrop.

The programme is organised to encourage both relaxation and interaction. Plunge pools, saunas, and private treatment rooms are integrated within a sequence of spaces that balance communal and individual experiences. Heated stone platforms and open bathing areas reinforce the social dimension, creating a setting where rituals of wellness unfold collectively.

The experience extends vertically, connecting the bath level with a restaurant above, allowing the atmosphere of gathering and exchange to flow throughout the project. The result is a cohesive environment where heritage, materiality, and contemporary wellness practices are brought into alignment.
