About the project

Boomerang Athens is a landmark luxury residence located at 20 Koniari Street on Lycabettus Hill, redefining high-end urban living through sustainability, technology, and refined design. As Greece’s first residential project targeting LEED Platinum certification, it sets a new benchmark for environmentally responsible architecture combined with contemporary luxury.

The residence integrates net-zero energy solutions, including photovoltaic solar panels, high-performance insulation, triple-glazed windows, and an advanced heat pump system. A fully integrated KNX smart home system intelligently manages lighting, heating, cooling, and shading, maximizing comfort while minimizing energy consumption.

Architecturally, Boomerang Athens embraces contemporary minimalism, emphasizing clean lines, open-plan interiors, and seamless indoor–outdoor living. Expansive terraces and balconies frame panoramic views of Athens, while a refined material palette of natural wood, premium marble, and sustainable finishes elevates the living experience. Custom energy-efficient lighting enhances both ambiance and functionality.
