The boutique hotel, with a total area of 1,500 m², was reconstructed on the site of a former building and conceived as an architectural project that creates a harmonious connection with nature. Situated on the shores of the picturesque Lake Shchuchye, it draws inspiration from the surrounding landscape and predominantly uses local materials.
The design is based on warmth, a variety of public spaces, and an engaging use of color. The interiors are dominated by wood and natural stone, complemented by bright handcrafted decorative elements that add energy and create striking contrasts. Spacious layouts, large openings, and expansive windows offer panoramic views of the lake and forest, allowing guests to feel fully immersed in nature from every room.
Functionality and aesthetics are balanced through the use of natural materials, open volumes, and understated luxury. This is more than just a hotel – it is a place of retreat and restoration, deeply connected to the environment in which it stands.
