The video tells clients about the historic house Chistye Prudy in the heart of Moscow through an emotional lens. In the film, the character dives into childhood memories while leafing through an old photo album. Among its pages, he discovers a drawing that captures his fantasies of a future home. The building in the drawing looks strikingly like Chistye Prudy.

For this project, the team worked with live actors filmed on chroma key and then placed them into a world created through graphics and animation. The minor characters were generated with the help of artificial intelligence. Each one went through a rigorous casting process, with carefully selected hairstyles and outfits. The video creators also devoted special attention to the setting itself, blending live-action footage with 3D imagery. The main aim was not simply to present a place, but to reveal its soul through genuine emotions.

With this creative film, the developer seems to bring to life the child’s dream captured in the drawing while also showcasing the residence’s main points: its prestigious location in Moscow; its beautiful early-twentieth-century architecture, whose forms the developer has preserved with great care; and its rich infrastructure. The young hero imagines a beautiful garden with magical gates, and it has been “made real” by creating a green private courtyard with fountains, soft lounge furniture, and swings. He imagines hidden corners for tea, games, and adventures, and the developer has created exactly that in the pavilions of the former carriage yard: a Clubhouse amenity centre with a Lounge for relaxation and communication, a fitness space for residents only, and a children’s playroom.

Another essential feature of the dream home for the little hero is a “cave for the car.” At Chistye Prudy, an automated underground parking system has been created. It parks vehicles quickly and gently without human involvement. The room for drivers can be accessed directly from the lobby. The dreamy little boy imagined that as well — and so did the developer. The spacious lobby features 4.7-metre ceilings, a reception with concierge zone, a meeting area, and pram storage. For the finishing, the developer chose Greek white marble, Italian anthracite marble, decorative plaster, and satin-finished pearl glass panels.

In the apartment from the character’s childhood dream, there are two floors, a staircase, and plenty of space for hide-and-seek. The developer has “brought that to life” too: the residence includes four two-storey penthouses with wood-burning fireplaces and private terraces. Their windows open onto views of central Moscow, with its historic streetscape and the city’s defining landmark — the Kremlin.
