This concept represents more than a workplace — it translates the lifestyle, values, and global presence of the Confidential Global Nutrition Company into a spatial experience shaped around people, nature, and continuity. It reflects a way of living reinterpreted as a way of working, guided by the central metaphor “The Tree of Good Life – A Workplace Experience.”
A Dual-Office Narrative
The design forms a symbolic link between the company’s two Istanbul offices: Orjin Plaza on the European side and Hilltown AVM on the Anatolian side. The Tree of Good Life connects the organization’s global identity with the cultural depth of the Turkish Tree of Life, emphasizing balance and continuity. Organic forms, natural materials, biomorphic structures, and storytelling surfaces communicate the company’s global journey. The “nest” concept — expressing care and protection — reappears throughout the interiors as a human-centered spatial cue.
Orjin Plaza – Headquarters
Situated in Istanbul’s financial district, Orjin Plaza embodies heritage and long-term vision. Material selections reflect sophistication and stability. The company’s narrative is presented through curated displays and key milestones from its presence in Türkiye. A branded store and customer engagement area extend the experience, blending workspace with visitor interaction.
Hilltown AVM – The Collaborative Hub
Hilltown introduces a flexible, community-oriented atmosphere. Open layouts, terraces, and social zones encourage spontaneous encounters and adaptable work modes. Nature-integrated design and informal materiality reinforce wellbeing, comfort, and collaboration.
Design Principles
Sustainability and reuse guide the project, maximizing existing elements and prioritizing recycled and responsibly sourced materials. A glocal approach merges global standards with local culture. Inclusive, people-centered environments support all generations. Material storytelling—through warm woods, soft neutrals, coffee-inspired tones, and subtle metallics — creates sensory coherence. Heritage is embedded through textures, graphics, and art.
Cultural Layering & Inclusive Vision
The Turkish Tree of Life forms the cultural backbone, with the office envisioned as the trunk and its people as the flourishing canopy. Reception spaces act as welcoming hubs, while meeting rooms reflect the diversity of the company’s product families. Collaboration areas, phone booths, wellness corners, and carefully designed kitchenettes enrich the daily user experience.
