Frunzenskaya naberezhnaya a is an elite club quarter in one of Moscow’s most prestigious locations. It is set within its own 3.1-hectare stained-glass park, which occupies 70% of the entire estate. This is a place designed for unhurried walks and quiet moments of rest surrounded by greenery. Beneath soaring pine trees, winding paths lead past seating areas, water features, and art installations. Hidden behind living hedges there are secluded spaces for relaxation, yoga, and meditation.

At the heart of the park lies its most cosy setting: a pond nestled among the pines. Nearby, there is a canopy, a landscaped hill, and secluded green rooms furnished with soft seating, where residents can retreat with a book or enjoy time with friends.

From spring until late autumn, the park is filled with blooming perennials and aromatic herbs, while in winter it remains beautiful in its own serene way. Alongside the pines grow lindens, maples, willows, evergreen species, and ornamental grasses. Terraces with deep, comfortable armchairs are sheltered beneath colourful stained-glass canopies. These natural tones are echoed in the art objects, in the details of the children’s playground, and in the design of the lobbies.

At this elite quarter, we have created spaces for both peaceful retreat and active leisure. To ensure comfort for every resident, these zones are thoughtfully separated from one another. In a secluded part of the park, there is a multifunctional court for team sports. There is also a 600-square-metre play area designed for young residents of all ages.

When the weather is less inviting, children can spend time in the 130-square-metre playroom located within the Clubhouse amenity centre of Frunzenskaya naberezhnaya. The space was created according to the Kid’s Lab standard, drawing on modern knowledge in psychology and pedagogy. Here, young residents develop abstract thinking, learn how to take risks safely, and build confidence in interacting with others. The room is divided into areas for quiet activities and energetic play. Children can draw at an easel, take part in educational workshops, or simply have fun with friends.

The water theme continues in the play space. The bright image of a water lily becomes its central motif, full of playfulness and imagination, while the atmosphere is shaped by the quiet magic of early morning and a star-filled night. The interiors combine restrained colours with bold play volumes filled with vivid accents. The oversized scale of the water-lily forms gives the children’s room an almost theatrical feel. The space features a climbing tunnel, hiding elements, a slide, hammocks, speaking tubes, a soft-mat slope with climbing holds, water-lily-shaped cushions, and a dry ball pit.

For teenagers, there is a separate room on the second floor of the Clubhouse, with areas for film screenings, VR, and board games.
