The architectural concept of Sobytie.4 is a “vertical city” composed of three towers connected by six-skybridges at multiple levels. The composition is completed by a landscaped sky-park offering 360-degree panoramic views of Moscow.
Circulation routes and leisure areas are located on the 26th and 27th floors while a sky-park is arranged at a height of 170 meters.
The sky park redefines the conventional pattern of movement within the complex. In addition to access to residential floors, the ground level and parking residents of Sobytie.4 can relax, exercise and enjoy calm environment away from urban noise and traffic.
The architecture follows a minimalist approach combining white facade bands with panoramic glazing. These ribbon-like elements rise onto the roofs and descend along the opposite sides of the buildings, while black verticals emphasize the contrast and scale of the composition. As a result, a clear and expressive image of the complex is formed as a “vertical city” – a group of towers interconnected by skybridges.
The project represents a futuristic vision of a contemporary high-rise residential complex for european megapolis of the 21st century.
