This project entails the creation of a residential common facility space that embodies the core principles of “spatial openness and brightness.” Our aim is to cultivate a sophisticated yet understated luxury aesthetic that appeals to residents and guests alike. To achieve this vision, we are placing a strong emphasis on the dynamic interaction between materials and light. We will skillfully incorporate elements such as natural stone, rich wood grains, and polished mirrored surfaces, which together will enhance the overall ambiance. Furthermore, we will utilize partitions made of intricate ironwork and glass that not only facilitate the free flow of sunlight but also contribute to an inviting and airy environment.

Upon entering the lobby reception area, visitors will be immediately enveloped by the elegance of marble that graces the flooring, walls, and the reception counter. The striking backdrop of the reception counter features a bamboo charcoal fiber composite grille, harmoniously paired with gray mirrors, which together create a captivating sense of depth and dimensionality. Above, the ceiling enhances this sophisticated design, showcasing graceful curved lines and circular pendant lights that contribute to a fluid visual flow throughout the space.
Transitioning into the meeting area, the luxurious aesthetic of the lobby is further reflected. Here, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows adorned with sleek metal frames and frosted glass invite an abundance of natural light, which not only illuminates the interior but also enriches the overall design experience. As guests stroll along the corridor, they are treated to views of the lush greenery of the atrium courtyard, providing a refreshing contrast to the polished finishes within. Moreover, the opposite wall captivates with its vibrant Sulphur Sea Pink hue, evocative of the splashed-ink effect commonly seen in landscape paintings. This choice of color infuses the space with layers of depth and an artistic ambiance, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the thoughtfully curated environment.

The lounge boasts a sophisticated wood-toned design, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for a variety of interactions. Throughout the space, you’ll find an array of round tables and luxurious velvet armchairs, thoughtfully arranged to foster comfort and engagement. Adjacent to this lively setting, the meeting room features elegant frosted glass sliding doors that provide both privacy and accessibility; it is equipped with a whiteboard and a long table, making it ideal for collaborative discussions. In the reading room, the wood theme continues to flourish, showcasing expansive dark display cabinets that house an impressive collection of literature. Meanwhile, the play area captivates with its vibrant, contrasting walls and carpets, sparking energy and creativity. Finally, the fitness center embraces a brighter aesthetic, featuring a combination of light wood grain and polished stone finishes.
