About the project
Influenced by the movement of waves, Masa translates fluid motion into a grounded brass form. The curvature is subtle but deliberate, softening its weighted presence while maintaining structural clarity.
Handcrafted in India and finished to be food safe, it was designed to serve with intention — presenting food, supporting daily rituals, or standing alone as a sculptural object. Its solid construction anchors a surface. Designed to be lived with and passed down.

dumæ is a design-led homeware brand inspired by nature and motivated by tradition. Designed in Los Angeles and handcrafted in India, our pieces reflect the meeting of our founders’ Malibu roots and Indian heritage, uniting contemporary perspective with generational craftsmanship.
Defined by organic form, weighted curves, and refined restraint, every design is shaped by duality and purpose. A dialogue between heritage and modernity, brought to life by the hands of skilled artisans.
