MEDITERRANEAN PROJECT

About the project

Dukes Avenue, nestled in the highly coveted area of Theydon Bois, is a privately owned property that underwent a remarkable transformation. Originally a 4-bedroom detached residence spanning two floors, our studio collaborated closely with architects and contractors to reimagine and revitalize the space into a magnificent three-story Mediterranean-inspired sanctuary. Our team spearheaded the project from its initial concept to its completion, overseeing every detail with meticulous care. Through strategic spatial planning and a thoughtfully crafted loft extension, the property now features five spacious double bedrooms and a blend of formal and informal living and dining areas. This revitalisation has not only breathed new life into the once tired house but has also transformed it into a welcoming and luxurious family home, ideal for hosting memorable gatherings and cherished moments.
