Mostelle – The Design of Gentle Care

The Mostelle Clinic redefines the traditional concept of a medical space, transforming it into a sanctuary of inner balance and natural beauty. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, the design embraces harmony through simplicity, aesthetic imperfection, and closeness to nature.
The atmosphere conveys calmness, femininity, and refined serenity — a sensory experience where design nurtures emotional well-being.

Covering over 200 m², the clinic unfolds across three levels, each designed to evoke a distinct yet harmonious emotional tone.

On the ground floor, the reception and waiting area set the tone with minimalist elegance. The stone Pietra reception desk, sculptural velvet armchairs, and raw stone tables form a tactile composition balanced between organic softness and geometric precision. Textured glass walls and linear ceiling lights filter daylight, enveloping the space in a tranquil glow.

The second floor is dedicated to medical treatment rooms, designed in accordance with legislative norms and the technical requirements of the medical equipment. Large mirrors amplify the sense of openness and light, while neutral finishes create a calm, reassuring background for medical precision. The result is a clean yet humanized aesthetic — professional but warm.

The third floor, home to the body treatment and relaxation area, fully embodies the wabi-sabi spirit. Retro-illuminated salt walls, sandy hues, and natural textures create an atmosphere of serenity and retreat. This level also hosts the director’s office, conceived as a private and reflective space where simplicity becomes the ultimate luxury.

The illuminated staircase, with natural stone steps and sculptural circular wall details, connects all floors in a fluid visual rhythm — a vertical line of light and movement that guides the experience.
