The house was conceived as a place for temporary suburban living with a focus on activity inside. Suburban real estate in this region is rarely characterized by holistic and beautiful architecture. Therefore, our main task has become not to be in the context of the environment, but rather the opposite – a house that is directed into itself.
As a result of teamwork with the customer, we have a seemingly minimalistic house with echoes of the Scandinavian style. However, the complex shape of the roof and the internal atrium made the house very distinctive and recognizable. We supplemented this image with the use of industrial materials and as a result we got a rather individual and, in a sense, mystical object on the plain, inspired by the personality of its owner.
This is the case when both the architecture and the interior of the house are a reflection of the originality and creativity of its owner.
The design is based on light textured walls, a lot of warm wood to match the facade and a large number of interesting details that you want to look at. For example, a massive chandelier in the center of the main space, which emphasizes the pitched shape of the roof and the architecture of the house.
The common area in the project is a place for meetings and conversations: a lot of air and light at different times of the day with a predominance of warm and textured materials. The SPA area, on the contrary, has lowered ceilings for a sense of security, mainly dark tones, a warm floor with a coating of lappated porcelain stoneware.
The entire interior of the house here acts as a pleasant soft background for the numerous life scenarios of its inhabitants.
