This six-storey mixed-use development is conceived as an inclusive residential community within a transit-rich urban context. The project combines 110 housing units with 14,400 sq.ft. of ground-floor commercial space, contributing to an ակտիվ and accessible streetscape.
The housing strategy prioritises affordability and social diversity. A portion of units is dedicated to households with disabilities or those who have experienced homelessness, while the remaining units are accessible to low-income residents. The scheme places strong emphasis on family living, with the majority of units designed as two- to four-bedroom apartments, addressing the need for larger homes within the city.
The commercial component supports local economic development, accommodating both established services and small businesses. Spaces are allocated to community-oriented enterprises, reinforcing neighbourhood identity and opportunity.
By integrating residential, social, and commercial functions, the project fosters stability and long-term accessibility, creating a cohesive environment that supports everyday life and community growth.
