The first facade features unique cantilevered terraces with panoramic windows around the entire perimeter. They project outward by up to 4 meters, giving the facade a dynamic appearance. Unconventional geometry, hinged and sliding windows, and an abundance of light create a sense of lightness and fill the space with air.

The second facade is clad in natural stone and has a more ceremonial look. As they rise, French balconies smoothly transition into terraces. Their wave-like plasticity shapes a dynamic silhouette. Rhythm is further emphasized by the contrast between light granite, which creates crisp lines, and warm-toned brass.

The third facade is fully glazed. Semi-columns made of emerald-malachite glass are crafted based on custom drawings. Depending on the weather and lighting, the material shifts in tone — from transparent to intense. This is the only facade of its kind in Moscow.

More than half of the Palashyovskiy 11 site is dedicated to a private, all-season courtyard-garden.
