Reds and Platinum are towers on a common stylobate with a common courtyard and parking in the Republic residential district. It was important to make them different but to maintain the same essence of style. The same set of materials – stone, wood, and metal, and the same approach to organizing space were used. In both towers, there is the technique of using materials up to a certain height to visually harmonize the proportions. Architects designed all the upholstered furniture especially for this project so that the inhabitants will have exclusive pieces.
The lobby is a living showcase of the residential complex, which can be seen from the street. A modern, light, and laconic two-light space creates a recognizable image. The huge scale had to be brought to human proportions, creating pleasant and cozy areas for spending time.
The artistic dominant of the space is the lighting panels which change the colors and being reflected the metal elements of the interior. By the way, the residents can personalize the space by choosing the color of the panels in the app.
Panoramic glazing brings the exterior into the interior, making the lobby architecture more holistic and complete.
The lobby is a daily backdrop for residents, so it must be visually pleasing and intuitive to make guests, residents, and staff feel comfortable.
In the Republic, there are lounge zones for meeting friends, coworking spaces with a library, kitchen, and living room, gym, stylish parking, coffee point, bathrooms, a zone for baby carriages, a playground with a climbing wall and other activities, a public living room that anyone can rent for any celebration.
