The project concept is based on a combination of two lifestyles: in the bosom of nature and in the rhythm of a big city. This is due to the proximity of the residential quarter to the Setun River Valley Nature Reserve and the context of the place. The idea includes a variety of housing formats: skyscrapers with panoramic views, mid-rise clubhouses, 15 townhouses with private terraces, as well as multifunctional filling of the quarter and modern architecture with an emphasis on the formation of a local community.

According to the architects, the residential quarter surrounded by the park becomes a symbolic island filled with various silhouettes. Tall towers resembling snow–capped peaks and townhouses with access to the park -together make up a symphony of unity with nature. Its continuation is the general plan of the quarter, the geometry of which refers to the smooth curves of the river, the texture of the water and its changeable shape. The images of the towers- dominant with rounded facades combine into a bright silhouette. The wave-like structure of the multifunctional complex, which will appear on the territory of the quarter, continues the theme of the river.

Residents of the cluster will have their own private park in the courtyard at their disposal. The concept of indoor landscaping is related to the natural environment of the project, which is reflected in the use of reflective materials resembling the invoice of water, and in a well-chosen greenery, natural in nature and restrained in color. The concept provides for various scenarios of pastime – from active recreation, sports, activities with children to quiet walks and solitude. The central area of the courtyard is designed for use in all weather conditions. Original canopies provide protection from precipitation, and the built-in amphitheater overlooks the park.

A distinctive feature of the project is low–rise townhouses. Private terraces form a small private garden in an urban environment. The green massif protects the private space from the active part of the courtyard and serves as an excellent addition to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the reserve. On the outside of the townhouses there are small private courtyards for residents with parking spaces and hedge.

Facade solutions emphasize the shape of buildings, their purpose, and continue the concept of the project. For skyscrapers, for example, preference is given to glass, which maximizes views from apartments. The color scheme of the facades uses natural, natural shades, as well as metal shades that resemble the invoice of water.

A multifunctional complex with a sports center, shopping and entertainment functions is provided on the territory of the quarter. It is connected to housing by a heated passage, which gives residents both the advantages of living in nature and the entire service of a large city.
