RESIDENTIAL
Five 28-story residential towers are interconnected at their base by a shared podium and with the office building, while at the top, they are linked on the courtyard side by overhanging cornices. This bold unifying gesture creates a semi-belvedere composition, where the towers act as columns and the cornices serve as the entablature. The complex becomes the main and prominent architectural ensemble of the area. The five residential buildings are positioned fan-shaped according to the master plan logic to maximize solar exposure for all façades, ensuring proper insolation and avoiding the visual discomfort of parallel, closely placed “window-to-window” designs. The radially concentric layout results in alternative tower shapes, and the triangular floor plan of the towers prevents parallel neighboring façades, thus offering better views and sunlight.
OFFICE

The business center, a local flagship of the composition, completes the line of residential buildings, remaining unconnected by cornices but unified by the common podium. The axis of the tower points toward the metro exit, creating a significant visual landmark from the station and along Borovskoe Highway as one exits Moscow.
The business center includes office rental space and other services: specialty shops, a bar-café in the lobby area, a bar/restaurant with a kitchen, and a medical station.

CYBER ARENA AND KINDERGARTEN
The cyber arena includes a transformable hall for 1,816 seats, a computer club with 75 seats, a space for team training and VIP gaming, classrooms, and a transformable educational auditorium.
The three-story structure, located centrally within the complex, sits at the heart of the “circle” of towers, forming an interesting and futuristic art object in the style of minimalism.
