Residential Project Séren Vision 137 - Powered by Porsche Consulting in the city of Goiânia-GO, consisting of family units with 2 or 1 per floor.

Its facade is imposing, featuring communal areas in the middle of the building, making it one of the tallest buildings in the region.

The interior introduces new design solutions and technologies such as an exclusive Delivery Elevator, Air Treatment Unit, and Automation.
