About the project
Design of the landscape design territory of the premium complex "Severnaya Korona".
The TERRITORY is the largest area of its own territory among the premium real estate projects in the Petrogradsky district of St. Petersburg. The Severnaya Korona complex is being built on the embankment of the Karpovka River, next to Kamennoostrovsky Prospekt.
The prototype for forming the basis of the planning structure was the shape of the islands of St. Petersburg. Green islands are places where plants are planted and playgrounds are placed.
The landscaping unites three courtyards of the Northern Crown: the open central courtyard, as well as the closed western and eastern ones. Each of which is self-sufficient, but linked to the rest of the design solutions.
The CENTRAL COURTYARD will be a promenade and a public space, open from the Embankment of the Karpovka River and ending with a bowl of a water body. An artificial pond and stream will be located here, which will set the atmosphere for the kurdoneru. At the entrance there is a sloping pine tree, which creates a play of shadows and reflections in the water.
