This project is a multi-level private residence that combines the atmosphere of a private club, a men’s lounge, and a reception suite. It is designed to offer both vacation-like relaxation and social gathering, while maintaining a strong sense of privacy. The total interior floor area measures approximately 200 square meters.
The overall design concept is shaped primarily by the client’s preferences, complemented by the unique characteristics of the site. Located on the top floor, the residence benefits from partially double-height ceilings that reach over six meters, natural light from three sides, exterior views through expansive windows, and a façade clad in natural granite stone. These contextual features form the foundation for the spatial planning, which arranges each functional unit vertically across floors in accordance with the resident’s daily routines and spatial efficiency.
The first floor consists of the main living and dining area, enhanced by immersive theater-style lighting and sound effects, alongside a kitchen and a guest suite. The second floor accommodates an entertainment room designed for gaming and digital interaction, as well as the master suite. The third floor is dedicated to wellness and leisure, containing a private gym and access to an outdoor recreational area. All three levels are connected by an internal staircase covered with long-pile carpeting, which enhances tactile comfort and provides a gentle sense of vertical flow.
Material selection and color palette throughout the house are bold and experimental. In the public areas, a deep black base anchors digital lighting and brightly colored furnishings. Most striking are the double-height television wall and the opposing feature wall, both shaped using layered specialty coatings. These sculpted finishes resemble the fractured texture and dramatic force of chiselled rock. Even the sound system is skillfully embedded within the walls, enhancing the unity between form and function.
When illuminated by fiery red lighting, the feature wall transforms into a hyper-realistic vision of flowing volcanic lava. This powerful visual not only expands the viewer’s imagination to a new level but also resonates with the building’s granite exterior, creating a poetic dialogue between interior energy and architectural presence.
