About the project

The Residences at 1428 Brickell is a sophisticated 70-story, 195-residence development positioned along Miami's prestigious Brickell Avenue. This stunning property will rise as the world’s first high-rise residential building partially powered by the sun and feature interiors by internationally renowned interior design firm.

The concept for The Residences at 1428 Brickell was developed from market research gathered from over 250 luxury residential and hotel properties globally and interviews with three dozen renowned architects and designers. From there, our real estate development firm selected a world-class team of artisans, designers, architects, and engineers who understood the nuances of architecture, space, objects, and human interaction. This team was tasked with ushering in a new era of luxury living, driven by outstanding craftsmanship, elegant design, intelligent functionality, and the highest quality materials.

Each residential interior was crafted to include high-quality, contemporary finishes and one-of-a-kind pieces to emphasize exclusivity. Standard residences were given Italian Arclinea kitchens with 11-foot ceilings, encompassed by Rimadesio glass enclosures and equipped to offer private or communal culinary experiences, along with carved-stone tubs and premium OptiGray® glass glazing. Penthouse residences additionally host limited production Vaselli kitchens and 12- to 30-foot ceilings. To further enhance materiality, The Residences at 1428 Brickell incorporated materials sourced from and installed by premier global artisans into both its residences and amenity spaces. These materials, which include but are not limited to glass and flooring from Spain, limestone, marble, and travertine, were chosen for their pristine quality and refined yet artistic appeal.

Intelligent design extends beyond each home at The Residences at 1428 Brickell into the common spaces. The property hosts over 80,000 square feet of amenities featuring earth tones and furniture from world-renowned Italian and international designers celebrating the intersection of nature, the home, and lively social gatherings. Across two serene pools, private and public lobby entrances with lush foliage, the expansive wellness club on Level 66, and the indoor-outdoor floating yoga pavilion overlooking the ocean, The Residences at 1428 Brickell serves as the perfect balance between form and function.
