SRD returns to classics, draws inspiration from history, and makes the space narrative, organizing logical answers for all life clues.
This case is located in Tianjin Haihe Education Park, on the bank of Nankai University, adjacent to the Maritime College to the north, with unique educational resources and profound cultural heritage.
As a young product of Poly and its character series, Poly · Hexu has always adhered to the concept of "better understanding of young people's residential communities" and the exquisite product concept of "new fireworks", committed to creating living spaces, warm communities, and textured lives. The warm, diverse, interesting, and lively lifestyle coincides with the designer's design philosophy. Therefore, we delve into the core of the product, condense the concept of "imprint · inheritance", and implant the traditional humanistic, artistic, natural, and unique lifestyle of Poly and Chinese characters into the space. We also pay attention to the practicality of the scene, integrating convenient functions such as coffee bars, community lobbies, 4:30 school, and express delivery, Create a city living room that blends ancient and modern elements, full of humanistic and artistic vitality.
