One of the key aspects on which the main concept of the landscape project is based is the architecture of the sports and recreation complex itself.
The architectural image is based on water motifs. The elegantly curved entrance group creates the impression of a sea wave that gradually fades away in the evacuation exit area. The facade of the building is decorated in a natural color scheme that harmoniously blends with the surrounding landscape. The chaotic and fragmented layout of the fibrocement panels on the facades refers to the layered and heterogeneous textures of rocks and shale, which is also in line with the theme of thermal complexes.
During the pre-project analysis of the landscape project, we paid special attention to assessing the recreational load on the territory, which was a key step in the formation of functional zones. According to the calculations, the expected number of visitors is approximately 283 people per day.
