The “VILLA – ART” project is an idea and philosophy of architecture, landscape, art, and technology.
“A” – “Architecture,” clean architectural forms of the Pantone 2026-colored buildings.
“R” – “Reflections” – reflections in the materials of the sculptures and reflections of the owners’ personalities.
“T” – “Technologies,” innovative technologies integrated into the project to create interactive and functional spaces.
The parking lot is made of natural materials. There is a cascading waterfall here. The landscaping harmoniously complements the precise geometry of the architecture, acting as a delicate frame that supports the overall concept of the space.
Two conceptual locations were created in the garden: the highest panoramic windows of the main house offer views of the sculpture garden and the Japanese garden. The soft lines of the mixed borders connect these two areas. The landscaping features trimmed hawthorn «Crataegus persimilis», masses of «Cornus alba», «Juniperus horizontalis», and locally «Pinus mugo» mountain pines, which add structure and naturalness to the area. The reception garden areas feature a unique collection of custom art objects created by the client. The layout is geometric, but it is softened by smooth, rounded lines of landscaping. Japanese garden: walls made of natural stone, decorative partitions, and metal planters with plants. A round bas-relief is a symbol of the cyclical nature of existence, and natural materials represent the unity of nature and humans. A nivaki is a symbol of antiquity and stability.
The recreation area, integrated below the terrain, is surrounded by trimmed hedges and perennial plants. The central element is a bowl with water and fire.
Near the staff house, there is a berry area and a mini-farm with spicy herbs and natural vegetables. The area features an automatic irrigation system with soil moisture sensors, a sound system, and lighting elements integrated into the stone blocks.
