Adress Lara is a residential complex of the 59 Villa’s in Antalya, Turkey. The site is 21,300 square meters in total, residential villa’s are being developed into 4 islands. Villa’s vary between 325 sq meter to 250 sq meter, in addition to 200 sq meter garden space each with or without pool.

Symmetry plays a big role in the design of the project. Two homes are connected from the wall facing stairs, which is the spine of the homes, but they act and are seen like a separate villa from both front and back facades.
The facade has playful layers, followed by a colorful language between the first and second level, which gives the project a unique identity. By modernizing the Italian Renaissance technique for a Palazzo, density change in the lines helps to express identity of the villa. On the exterior facade, the first level has a dense line work, where on the other hand moving to the second level you can read lines starting to breathe. The second level is the most eye-catching part on the project, where the two different color tones give’s identity to its design elements. While the walls reaching sky are white, the windows are highlighted in darker tone with an expressed frame.

Adress Lara offers a contemporary modern living experience while celebrating the cultural richness and natural beauty of the region. Residences prioritize comfort, elegance, sophistication and enhancing outdoor living spaces that harmonize with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
