NOM House is designed to be flexible and adaptable. Our architects have created a solution that allows for easy modification and expansion of the house by adding residential units. This unique feature enables our clients to meet their future needs while maintaining the overall design integrity.
The house has two spacious and bright floors, with two comfortable bedrooms and separate bathrooms located on the second floor. The bedrooms feature a spacious terrace enclosed by transparent sliding doors, providing both privacy and a connection to nature. The doors allow natural light and fresh air to enter, while also protecting from direct sunlight, ensuring optimal comfort and convenience.
NOM House’s ground floor boasts an open kitchen and a spacious living room that leads to an inner courtyard with an open-air swimming pool and a green area adorned with local plants. Additionally, there is a covered barbecue zone with a large dining table for outdoor family meals. The sunshade pergola, designed as an extension of the architecture, provides a shaded retreat with comfortable loungers.
NOM House caters to the practical needs of modern families. It boasts dedicated parking for two cars, protected by the second-floor overhang during rainy weather.
Our team has meticulously chosen materials that showcase the distinctive strength of this region, embodying the local character and spirit of Cyprus. The perimeter fence is adorned with cladding stone, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The same stone is used as an accent wall by the pool, unifying architecture and the surrounding environment. The pool area boasts composite decking and ceramic tiles, which combine aesthetics, safety, and functionality. To create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we confidently used a milky-colored facade plaster and natural wood for the wall finishes. The facade lighting in the inner courtyard creates a special ambiance in the evening. This is achieved through the interplay of light and shadow on the textured surface of the natural stone wall.
NOM House is a visionary project that takes into account future needs. The design is thoughtful, and the potential for seamless expansion is integrated with the surroundings.
