Conceived to position Moldova as a tourism destination, the project challenges traditional glamping typologies like A-frames and modular homes. Architecturally, the 12-meter-tall Pinecone House floats 2 meters above ground, minimizing ecological disruption while fostering biodiversity beneath its elevated base. Its three levels prioritize ergonomic efficiency: a ground-level lounge and bathroom, a secluded bedroom on the second floor, and a panoramic observation deck crowning the structure. Mirroring a pinecone’s adaptive response to environmental conditions, the house employs energy-efficient technologies for climate responsiveness, blending aesthetic and functional biomimicry.

Technological innovation drives the design: yacht-inspired space optimization reduces bulky engineering systems, while lightweight, durable materials ensure structural integrity.
