Zoom’s new London hub, spanning 18,000 square feet, redefines modern workspaces by integrating cutting-edge technology with versatile design. Split between an employee Engagement Hub and a client-focused Experience Centre, the space embodies Zoom’s vision of a hybrid workplace to foster flexible collaboration while immersing visitors in advanced innovations. Designed to support hybrid work and prioritise sustainability, the hub seamlessly combines functionality with captivating and interactive technology.
The Engagement Hub offers a flexible, inclusive environment with zones for collaboration, focus, and hybrid meetings. Equipped with advanced Zoom technology, it ensures seamless communication between in-office and remote employees, exemplifying the company’s commitment to hybrid working and forward-thinking solutions.
The Experience Centre offers clients a hands-on journey into Zoom’s products and services through immersive and interactive design elements. Anchoring the space is the Discovery Showcase, where Zoom experts guide visitors through interactive demonstrations and storytelling, highlighting the company’s latest innovations. The Lens Wall, a striking digital feature, wraps the area with dynamic visuals and immersive content tailored to visitors’ industries, creating a truly bespoke experience. The Boardroom of the Future is a state-of-the-art executive space featuring an 8K LED screen, advanced AI technology, and premium acoustic design. Together, these elements form a cohesive environment where clients can engage deeply with Zoom’s cutting-edge technologies and envision their transformative potential in action. This isn’t just a showcase; it’s a strategic platform to demonstrate how Zoom’s tools redefine communication and collaboration on a global scale.
Achieving LEED Gold certification, the office uses natural timber, stone, and eco-friendly fabrics. A standout feature is the Unispace Art for Impact tapestry, made from recycled ocean plastic bags, symbolising Zoom’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
The space also functions as a high-tech broadcasting centre, integrating an advanced AV network that allows seamless connections to virtual meetings and live demonstrations. This ensures every interaction reflects Zoom’s technological standards, solidifying its reputation as a leader in hybrid work solutions.
Zoom’s new London workspace exemplifies how innovative design and sustainable practices can create a space that supports flexible work, promotes wellbeing, and offers clients an unforgettable experience. This project sets a benchmark for the future of modern, collaborative work environments.
