Kerim Miskavi pursued his architectural journey at Istanbul’s Robert College and Rice University. His early career flourished at renowned firms like SO-IL, Mitchell Giurgola, and Herzog & De Meuron, where his contributions resonated at notable platforms like the Chicago Architecture Biennial. In 2018, Miskavi returned to Turkey, establishing MAS. This design firm’s versatility spans custom-made furniture to urban transformations. Their work has been spotlighted by BBC, Gulf News, Arch Daily, Architecture Digest, and Dezeen. In 2020, Miskavi’s team engaged in diverse endeavors, including a residential and commercial interior design project, an urban design competition in Istanbul’s Taksim Square, and a residential project in southern Turkey. This simultaneous engagement in various scales fosters a unique design flow and a nimble approach to architectural design. His belief in constant engagement within the discipline has found him teaching and serving on juries from Kadir Has University to Columbia University.
