The project is one of the top three future-proofing communities in the Hangzhou West Science and Technology Innovation Corridor. Its architecture, landscape, and interior design aim to convey a sense of science, technology, and the future. Located in the northeast corner of the community, this future community auditorium covers approximately 1,000 square meters and serves as a public space for community activities, offering a diverse range of services to the community and surrounding residents and providing various amenities for neighborhood life.

The building features thin and lightweight large roof overhangs, complemented by delicate and slender double-height glass structures. The interior design focused on connecting indoor and outdoor elements, using modern architectural language to construct multiple steps with a strong sense of rhythm, resulting in a “mini theater” that connects inside and outside and allows residents to freely express their passion for life.

The interior is designed with multiple steps, interesting corners, and folds, which address the challenges posed by irregular interior spaces. Furthermore, the interior incorporates a harmonious blend of stone and wood veneers, along with vibrant green plants, to create several cozy areas for relaxation, reading, communication, and study. Additionally, the space includes functional areas like a coffee bar, a light breakfast area, a public reception zone, and an auditorium for small-scale community activities. Together, these amenities provide community residents with a 24-hour immersive and dynamic experience in a community that caters to people of all ages.
