Positioned within a mixed-use zone, the residence serves a dual purpose as a family home and a showcase for the client’s window products.

The clients, a family of four, seek a residence that seamlessly integrates their family life with their business endeavours. Their vision is to have a home that meets their functional needs and serves as an exemplary showroom for their windows manufacturing business.
Design Features:
Strategic Location:
Situated within a mixed-use zone, allowing for residential and commercial integration.
Garage and Entryway:
Features a two-car garage for convenient vehicle parking.
It incorporates a double-height void at the entry to create a spacious and welcoming ambience.
External Cladding and Home Office:
External cladding seamlessly transitions the external aesthetic to the interior.
Facilitates a home office space, providing a dedicated workspace for remote work requirements.
Vertical Atrium for Natural Light:
A vertical atrium connects the office, dining, and kitchen areas, infusing the ground floor with natural light.
Serves as a connecting element between different levels of the residence.
Multi-Level Design:
Level 2 includes a family room, home theatre, and master bedroom for elevated living and entertainment.
Level 3 comprises two children’s rooms, a home library, and a study area, optimizing space for family activities and academic pursuits.
