The project is reborn from a former traditional Grade A office building, reshaping spatial value with the concept of a “Healthy Living Destination” and creating a rare healing type complex at the heart of the city. The project organically integrates professional medical care and scientific health regulation systems, high quality public amenities, urban high end senior apartments, and refined elderly care institutions, thereby constructing a comprehensive, all dimensional wellness ecosystem.
The design applies modern strokes imbued with Eastern aesthetics, unfolding along the banks of the Jinjiang River a contemporary scroll of a “Peach Blossom Land” that is both explorable and livable: from the spatial sequence of halls and pavilions, to the material textures of each table and chair; from the ever changing interplay of light and shadow that evokes four seasons in painting, to literati pursuits interwoven into daily life—all condensing the Eastern wisdom of “Poetic Chengdu” into perceptible living scenes.
It is more than a wellness space; it is a contemporary translation of Eastern philosophies of eldercare and a vivid interpretation of the “Shu Peach Blossom Land.” The lively ambiance of Jin Guan City and the Daoist harmony with nature of Mount Qingcheng are transformed into architectural language—warmth hidden in aging friendly details behind golden windows and cloud like towers, and innovation in integrating medical and wellness services within green corridors. When the tempo of an international metropolis encounters the slow philosophy of “leisurely glimpsing the southern mountain,” and when a traditional office building transforms into an “urban oasis” of life centered care, the designer weave, with the finesse of Shu embroidery, a city’s answer to elder care—returning wellness to a poetic dwelling imbued with warmth.
