One High Line is a luxury condominium project spanning an entire city block in Manhattan’s West Chelsea neighborhood. The condominium is comprised of two sculptural twisting travertine towers. With 236 residences ranging from one-to-five bedrooms and an assortment of expansive penthouses, each tower provides unobstructed views across the Hudson River and New York City skyline while embracing the adjacent High Line Park. One High Line is the pinnacle of Manhattan luxury living and is a stand-out addition to the West Chelsea skyline, all while matching its neighborhood.

The sculptural geometry of the two towers is a direct response to their dense context. At the base, the two towers pull away from each other and the neighboring buildings to maximize urban space and views. The twisting geometry at the corners of the towers reduces the overall bulk of the buildings and creates additional separation between them. The two towers are connected as they rise 300 and 400 feet into the sky and their sloping facades open up to allow light and air to descend into the pocket park of the courtyard.

One High Line offers 18,000 square feet of exclusive amenities and lifestyle options from the moment residents arrive home, with a private porte-cochère entrance and lushly landscaped courtyard in the center of the site. To intertwine the architectural marvel that is One High Line with West Chelsea, a stunning selection of museum-quality art pieces has been meticulously selected and thoughtfully placed throughout the two towers. This development, which is comprised of two spectacular twisting towers, boasts 525,562 square feet.

Additional state-of-the-art wellness amenities include a 75-foot lap pool with cabanas, a fitness studio with private training rooms, steam rooms, and saunas, a private treatment room, as well an impressive suite of entertainment and leisure amenities including a glass-enclosed double-height bridge lounge, golf simulator & virtual gaming studio and a private dining space with catering kitchen. One High Line is also the future home of the 5-star Faena Hotel, New York — and the second Faena Hotel in the United States — where residents will get access to the exclusive members club and a 17,000-square-foot spa. In addition, the development offers residents exclusive access and services, complimenting One High Line’s already expansive amenities offerings, including a lifestyle partnership with the Whitney Museum of American Art and more.
