Two towers are connected by a unique self-supporting freeform system, creating a seamless transition between volumes. The architecture of the 379 m structure unfolds in a continuous, flowing form, delivering a strong visual identity while demonstrating advanced engineering and structural precision.
The project integrates retail and restaurant spaces (floors 1–3), office areas (floors 5–30), 1,417 residences (floors 36–78) with expansive city views, dedicated residents’ club spaces on the 35th floor, and a sky garden on the 85th floor — the highest landscaped space of its kind in Europe.
