The SOYUZ residential complex, located in Moscow, is a group of 6 high-rise towers with a non-residential first floor and a single-level underground parking lot. The site where the complex is located has unique characteristics, which required an individual approach to the architectural and compositional solution.
The project is based on the concept of connection with nature, as the site is surrounded by a forest park, and there is a river nearby, as well as large areas of lawns dedicated to football and playing fields in the nearby sports complex. This led to the idea of a building with natural facades that mimic the texture of wood.
Due to the rotation of the towers relative to each other, all apartments have panoramic windows.
The complex is a self-sufficient residential structure, as the non-residential first floors accommodate a diverse range of tenants and meet the needs of residents.
Area of the building site– 24 390 sq.m.
Number of residential buildings – 6
Number of apartment layouts – 27
Area of apartments – from 29.4 to 186 sq.m.
Number of floors – 22
Wall construction: monolithic reinforced concrete + brick
