About the project
The TPH CYPRESS is a tissue paper holder that features a sleek and minimalist design. The holder consists of two inverted V-shaped trays that are easily accessible from the top. It is carefully handcrafted using the traditional "HIKIMAGE" technique, which is renowned for its antibacterial properties and exceptional wood grain, as well as its refreshing aroma.
This holder is also designed with functionality in mind. The upper tray is equipped with two metal rods, while a hemispherical rounded metal is attached to the back of the tray. These features add weight and control the movement of the paper, resulting in less friction and smoother removal.
The material of Kiso Hinoki is carefully polished and finished. Its unique and universal design allows it to blend seamlessly into any interior. Moreover, the TPH design has received a utility model patent due to its innovative and distinctive shape.
