S=189.6 m2 renovation of engineering systems for smart climate and heating. This project was conceived “out of time” so that customers would not think about repairs for many years to come.
Stylistically, it was also necessary to come up with and implement an ever-relevant interior that would become a cozy and comfortable place for a family away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
“I wanted to create a concise and readable space, but at the same time unique. This cannot be found at a neighbor’s, found somewhere in a magazine or peeked at on social networks. Each cabinet, decorative plaster,
The bed tells its own story. Therefore, a bedroom, a living room or a children’s room – the interior will entice you into your favorite hobbies and moods of their owners. But I would like to tell you a little more about the design elements themselves.
It is worth noting the four-meter-long glass bar with a stone countertop and a curved glass base. I have been developing this project for more than several months with designers from the glass workshop. But now visually such a massive piece of furniture has become an art object and does not make the space heavier. But not only this element has become the highlight of the interior, it is made in conjunction with the author’s chandelier of floating leaves of colored glass, which are twisted into a vortex. It was as if the wind had just blown and the leaves were swirling around the room. of the 59 parts, 27 are illuminated and perform the function of decorative lighting.
One of the children’s rooms sends us on safari in Africa, where you can meet giraffes. The worktable stands on legs as thin and graceful as their necks, and they are hand-painted in watercolor on the walls. The second nursery takes us to jungles and tropical countries, porcelain birds soar there, and you can even meet a unicorn.
the bedroom has an atmosphere of maximum relaxation. The serip chandelier matched the DEDAR velvet and the stucco decoration on the walls. A deep saturated blue color combined with bitter chocolate perfectly complemented the vintage armchair from the Swedish designer Jan Ekselius.
Of course, I would like to tell you about the decorative plasters that were created under my guidance by a company of artists. We came up with a gradient of iridescent waterproof “silks” for bathrooms, which were complemented by Falper furniture and large-format porcelain stoneware Maxfine. For the living room, we have developed a tactile and visually suede “nubuck” -like material that is not subject to mechanical damage and is easy to clean. And in the furniture and decor finishes, I chose American tinted walnut, stained lacquered ebony and frosted glass with a bronze effect.”
