A magnificent aristocratic building was reborn both structurally and externally in the surrounding area. The approach and idea for shaping the garden was based on design axes that kept delicate balances! The building belong to the category of old mansions in the Psychiko area and its renovation will keep the style but with modern touches to keep up with the times, especially in the coloring part. The design of the garden had to take advantage of the stately aura emanating from the building piece and adapt to the current era by making a wonderful marriage of the classic and the new era. I moved in this direction and designed a garden with wonderful aesthetics that exudes fine aristocracy and prestige for the owners of the house. At the same time, the children’s play areas were created with all the safety standards and gave the possibility to young and old to enjoy the garden to the fullest. The central corridor of the garden was designed based on the curves of the building and with materials friendly to the environment but also in perfect harmony with the exterior colors of the building. A garden with the possibility to walk through it and be surprised by the many changes of the foliage and the colors of the flowers of the Mediterranean flora. A minimal green footprint that contributes to the protection of the environment but also with minimal maintenance costs for the 800 square meters which is the area of ​​the surrounding area. The final result was worth any construction challenge and difficulty that the Greenplus company encountered during the course of the work. A green stamp on a project that deserves the designation “A modern stately garden”.
