Along the outer edge of the Dostigenie House — located in Moscow in the midst of 651 hectares of parkland — a walking boulevard has been created. The 300-meter-long pedestrian zone features a grand fountain lined with Brazilian granite. The granite slabs feature fine, translucent grains in shades of white and cream, accented with garnet-colored specks. The fountain has a diameter of 7.7 meters, and its water jet reaches a height of 5 meters.

The area surrounding the fountain will be decorated with a symmetrical planting design, featuring Dodong rowan trees and shrubs such as mock orange and euonymus. Nearby, benches are integrated into architectural concrete flower beds, creating comfortable spots for rest.

The boulevard will stretch alongside the ground floor of the Dostigenie House, where a shopping gallery is located. It will include 31 premium retail spaces, each with aluminum-framed glazed doors set into stained-glass structures. Dedicated areas for signboards have been designed to preserve the beauty of the facades.

This walking area, open to all city residents, is part of the exterior landscaping of the Dostigenie House, a new architectural landmark of the Ostankino district. The building is designed in a grand and graceful Art Deco style. Pointed arches, upward-reaching peaks, pinnacles, finials and an oak branch motif ornament create the unique appearance of the Dostigenie House and emphasize its status. The 250-meter-long facade is decorated with Montenegrin limestone, face brick, porcelain stoneware, and glass-fiber-reinforced concrete.

The 1.7-hectare courtyard-park of the outstanding Dostigenie House features a unique terrain — with elevation changes of up to 8 meters. This has been creatively incorporated into the landscape, particularly in the children’s playground. The 910 sq. m. area in the courtyard-park is designed in the style of a canyon. Play zones are located on platform-like hills. At the lower level, there is a two-level sandbox, swing-horses, and carousels. Higher up are slides of varying heights, an obstacle course, a panda park, netted hammocks, and a climbing wall. Inside the hills are mysterious grottos. There’s even a zone to practice parkour.

The water play zone is especially noteworthy. A stream flows over steps and turning dams, powers water wheels, sprays fountains and sprinklers, and even runs through an Archimedes screw. Children enthusiastically experiment with the flow, learning the laws of physics. Parents can play alongside their children or watch them from benches, the amphitheater zone, or the open terrace of the club lounge, located right on the roof of the infrastructure center, which is built into the landscape and also contains a 450 sq.m. fitness center.

For active recreation and sports, the courtyard-park accommodates a multifunctional sports ground for active sports with a workout zone. A cozy pond with benches, gazebos, and five walking trails are ideal for relaxation.
