Situated at the highest peak of the 200-hectare township development of Monterrazas de Cebu, Montecima Clubhouse is poised to be an impressive elliptical structure designed to conform to the shape of the site’s contour. It is one of the most prime locations of the development but rather than selling it, the developers opted to allocate this specific site for the clubhouse, ensuring that all residents can relish the breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of Cebu.
The project showcases a brutalist architectural design, engineered to withstand storms. Planned with focus on seamless indoor-outdoor integration, the open to below design from the ground up creates an impressive sense of space and connectivity. Featuring elaborate patterns that highlight the cultural importance of local craftsmanship resembling intricate basket weave, expressed through exposed geometric beam design.
By taking advantage of its elevation, the structure is thoughtfully-designed to provide panoramic views of the city and mountains in one setting with complementing indoor and outdoor areas that will give the space a haven for commune to its residents.
The organic structural shape gives plenty of room for abundant natural light, air circulation while incorporating lush green elements giving the space depth and a sense of peace. A radial centerpiece that radiates outwards and upwards maximizing space and elevating form and function.
By offering a versatile space for these diverse activities, Montecima Clubhouse aims to create a vibrant and inclusive community environment where residents can come together, interact, and engage in shared experiences such as cultural events and educational activities. This communal hub is intended to enhance the overall quality of life by promoting social connections and a sense of belonging among homeowners.

LLG Architects Design Studio
LLG Architects is a Cebu-based interdisciplinary design firm in the practice of Architecture and Interior Architecture. The firm strongly believes that form coexists with function, that one should not do without the other to be able to achieve that perfect harmony of aesthetics and functionality.
The firm, established over 12 years ago, is led by the dynamic husband and wife team, Architects Lendel and Leizle Go, who are also the principal architects of the firm. Their vast experience in their respective practices propelled them to establish LLG Architects Design Studio with a clear vision to holistically approach every design challenge through story-telling, attention to detail, and a client-centric service. This vision is the guiding force for LLG’s close-knit team dynamics who have become family to each other.
