In the heart of Asuncion‘s lush tropical urban landscape, Palmanova Center aims to set a new standard for sustainable architecture, promoting harmony with nature and positively impacting the urban environment and residents’ lives. Adhering to local Paraguayan norms for sustainable construction, the project minimizes its ecological footprint. From inception to completion, Palmanova Center integrates ecofriendly technologies like solar energy harnessing and rainwater harvesting to reduce resource consumption and carbon emissions. This approach respects the local ecosystem‘s delicate balance and enhances the quality of life. Green spaces, community gardens, and pedestrian-friendly pathways foster community spirit, wellness, and a deep connection to nature. This sustainable real estate project aims to be a beacon of environmental stewardship, setting an exemplary model for future urban development in Paraguay.

JASPER ARCHITECTS

JASPER ARCHITECTS, founded in 2008 by Martin Jasper, is an award-winning international architecture firm with offices in Berlin, Buenos Aires, and Asunción. The team operates across Europe, the Americas, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, specializing in projects ranging from interior design and building design to urban planning.

The studio creates spaces that bring people together and enrich their lives by following a consistent methodology: after a thorough analysis of the context, the design adapts to the local milieu and history. This approach ensures that each project has a distinct identity, shaped by a global perspective and local expertise, with every detail intricately connected to the larger design vision.
