The residential complex is a 27-section building of variable storeys with underground parking. The design area is 47900m2. The main feature of the site is a stong slope of up to 8 meters with a decrease from south to north.
The internal space is divided into 4 courtyards, which are united in the center by a public square with staircase.
The planning solution is based on the combination of two contrasting elements – “flexible” nature and “linear” architecture. In the buffer zones of buildings, the layout is decided in straight lines, thus continuing the architecture. The central parts of the courtyards with recreation and play areas are designed in informal, organic shapes and lines.
The project provides a sufficient number of functional areas for various categories of the residents. In each of the courtyards there are playgrounds for different ages – 3-6 years old, 6-12 years old and sand playground for children 0+.
A multi-purpose sports ground for game sports is provided for the entire complex. There are also a playgrounds for workout and table tennis in each of the courtyards. For recreation, there are areas with benches under canopies, lawns with sunbeds and hammocks.
In the center of the complex, where all courtyards are meeting, is the main square of the district, where events can take place and a Christmas tree can be installed. As an additional option, a dry fountain can be also located here. Access to the square from the upper courtyards is via a wide stramp staircase. In addition to performing a functional task, the staircase is also a place to relax with benches builted into the steps and art-object located in the middle of the staircase.
